James Joyce - Reepham
James Joyce Adult Social Services Spokesperson BIOGRAPHYJames has lived in Reepham for more than 10 years and has been a County Councillor since 2005. He is the Liberal Democrat Spokesperson for Adult Social Services. Previously James worked in the Advertising industry for multinational firms, Saatchi and Saatchi and J Water Thompson, specialising in Central Europe. He holds a BA in Business Studies and is a Classics Scholar. He also currently runs a Post office serving many small Norfolk villages in and around his Reepham division. James is renowned for being incredibly active in his local area, he is a School Governor at two primary schools, Reepham Town Councillor and Leader of the Liberal Democrat Group at Broadland District Council in addition to his duties as a County Councillor.
